Provider Essentials is free, with a 15% platform fee on bookings. Provider Platinum is $15 a month, billed annually, with a 0% platform fee. Standard Stripe processing fees apply on both plans.
How fast does my studio get paid?
Clients pay a deposit or the full amount when they book. On Provider Platinum, payouts land within 24 hours of a completed session, including label sessions.
Can I take label sessions without waiting on net terms?
Yes. EngineEars invoices the label on its net-30, 60 or 90 terms and pays your studio and team on the same schedule as any other session. There are no factoring fees and no advance interest.
Can clients still walk in and book at the front desk?
Yes. Your staff can create a quick quote, take payment on the spot and lock in the room. Walk-ins land on the same calendar and pay out the same way as online bookings.
Does EngineEars work with the calendars my team already uses?
Yes. Two-way sync works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook, for rooms and for engineers, so personal blocks on an engineer’s calendar are respected by your booking page.
Is my studio’s address public?
No. Your exact address stays private until you accept a booking. Then the client gets the address and your arrival instructions.
